Solventless Packaging

Flexible packaging adhesives are based on the chemistry of urethane. The Lamination process involves joining two flexible web substrates together. Solventless adhesives

As the name suggests, are 100% active products that do not contain water or any other solvent carrier. The application process for solventless lamination includes the transfer of adhesive from rolls to the base substrates in the Laminators to be bonded to the secondary film through the process of lamination. The Lamination process may contain multiple layers as per the application.
